Self-service deletion in the app

You can delete your account from within the app:

Open the Settings screen.
Scroll down to Delete account.
Tap Delete account and confirm in the dialog.

If needed, you can also remove local app data from your device: Android Settings → Apps → Familyhood → Storage → Clear data.

How to request deletion via support

Email info@sportup.io.
Subject: “Familyhood — Account Deletion Request”.
In the message, include the email address of the Google account you used to sign in to the app.

Processing time: usually within 30 days.

Data that will be deleted

your app account data (account);
profile data (e.g., display name/nickname and photo, if you provided them);
data related to app features (e.g., connections/circle, messages, and settings);
tokens required to deliver notifications to the device.

Data that may be retained

crash reports and diagnostics (e.g., Crashlytics) — up to 90 days;
payment/transaction records (if applicable) — as required by app stores and applicable law;
Google Drive backups (if you created them using the app) — remain in your Google Drive until you delete them yourself.
